Norvatelarion respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our services and website.
Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our services, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our services
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disablement
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside of the country, any judicial district in which we may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Norvatelarion has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts or access rights of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Norvatelarion may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Advise the content provider, member, or user of their right to file a counter-notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the material in question.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.

Modifications
Norvatelarion reserves the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy at any time. We will post any changes here, and the modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

While this policy addresses copyright infringement claims under the DMCA, Norvatelarion respects all forms of intellectual property.
